1. Any reference in these terms and conditions to “dotsure.co.za” refers to Dotsure Limited (Registration number 2006/000723/06), a licensed non-life insurer and an authorised financial services provider (FSP39925).

2. To be eligible for the 50% (fifty percent) discount on your premium for the first 2 (two) months, you must:

    2.1. be a permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa;

    2.2. be above the age of 18 (eighteen) years old; and

    2.3. take up any pet insurance policy via the following link: https://pet.dotsure.co.za/?external_source_code=100833.

3. The discount offer will be available on a once-off basis to policies that incept as of Wednesday, 16 October 2024.

4. The discount offer entitles a qualifying policyholder to a 50% (fifty percent) discount on their pet insurance policy premiums (pro-rata premiums and VAPS excluded) for the first 2 (two) months of their pet insurance policy.

5. All applications for insurance made via the link provided are subject to and must comply with dotsure.co.za’s normal approval criteria and are governed by the normal terms and conditions that apply to the requested product. 6. No employees, directors, members, consultants, partners, or agents of Dotsure Limited or its related or interrelated entities are eligible for the discount, nor any of their immediate family members.

7. dotsure.co.za reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions or to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this discount offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of dotsure.co.za in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. dotsure.co.za shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations, where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
